2027 presidential first-round voting intention

France

President Emmanuel MacronPrime Minister Sébastien Lecornu (Renaissance)Hung National Assembly since the 2024 legislative electionPresidential election first round 18 April 2027 · in 166 days

First-round voting intention for the April 2027 presidential election, in the scenario with all seven candidates from the first televised debate (Mélenchon, Glucksmann, Tondelier, Attal, Philippe, Retailleau, Le Pen) plus Zemmour. Legislative (National Assembly) polling largely stopped after October 2025, so presidential polling is used instead.

Only 10 legislative polls since the July 2024 election (none since October 2025), so this tracks the presidential first round instead. Pollsters test several candidate line-ups; each poll here is its line-up containing all eight named candidates (the one with the fewest extra candidates where there are several), which pollsters began testing in July 2026 once Le Pen was cleared to run. Minor candidates (Arthaud, Roussel, Dupont-Aignan and others) are not shown, so shares do not sum to 100.
